LE HANGAR THONES TRAINING

Le Hangar Thônes Training is a fitness and functional training space located in Thônes, near Annecy.
Open to everyone, from beginners to experienced athletes, it offers a welcoming and motivating environment focused on strength, conditioning, and overall physical fitness. Through structured training sessions and a strong sense of community, Le Hangar helps individuals train, progress, and build confidence at their own pace.

INTRODUCTION

This video was created to introduce Le Hangar Thônes Training under its new ownership and to redefine the image of the gym.

With Estelle as the new owner, the goal was to present a more open, welcoming, and accessible fitness space while making the gym known to a wider local audience.

The video introduces Estelle and the spirit of Le Hangar through a dynamic and friendly approach, combining cinematic visuals with a clear call to action. Designed as a social media advertisement for Instagram and Facebook, the film invites people to discover the gym by taking part in a first free training session.

This project highlights my ability to create short-form promotional content that connects branding, storytelling, and audience engagement for social platforms.

CLASSES

This video was created to present Le Hangar Thônes Training through the different types of classes offered at the gym.

The objective was to give a clear and dynamic overview of the training formats while showing that the gym is accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level.

Through fast-paced editing and engaging visuals, the video highlights the variety of sessions, including strength training, functional workouts, and conditioning classes. Each sequence was designed to reflect the atmosphere of the gym, the energy of the group sessions, and the coaching approach.

This project showcases my ability to turn structured fitness content into an engaging promotional video, combining clarity, rhythm, and visual impact for social media and digital platforms.

INTERVIEW

This video features an interview with Estelle, the new owner of Le Hangar Thônes Training, to explain in detail who the gym is for and what it offers.

The goal was to give a personal and authentic presentation of the space, making it clear that the gym is open to everyone, from beginners to experienced athletes, and highlighting the variety of classes and facilities available.

The video combines direct-to-camera interview footage with cinematic visuals of the gym in action, capturing the atmosphere, training sessions, and interactions with members. By blending storytelling, clear information, and visual context, the video presents Le Hangar as a welcoming and motivating fitness environment.

This project demonstrates my approach to creating engaging interview-based content that informs, connects with the audience, and reinforces the brand identity of a fitness space.
